Prior to his real estate career, Jim served as a high school career counselor and as an award-winning basketball coach at Belmont and Bedford (NH) high schools. He proudly serves as the Division III boy's representative for New Hampshire High School Basketball and is a member of the New Hampshire Golf Association, Laconia Country Club, Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, and the Capital Region Board of Realtors. Jim is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College of Maine where he earned a degree in business administration.

Like most people, I love the beauty of the region, the four seasons, and the New England feel, but ultimately, what I love most are the people. I love talking to and helping people who love the area that I love. Going to work and stopping for a cup of coffee in downtown Laconia, then showing property on the lake or in the mountains truly invigorates the soul. Additionally, being a single dad, seeing the awe on my children’s faces when it's “take the kids to work day” inspires me to be the best advocate I can for my clients.
