Attorney Biographies:
Attorney Jacqueline M. Hudkins founded Hudkins Law PLLC in 2006 and focuses on representing lenders, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is a co-author of A Practical Guide to Residential Real Estate Transactions and Foreclosures in New Hampshire; a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education signature publication. She has been named by the Merrimack Valley Business Magazine as a one of the top 40 entrepreneurs under the age of 40 in the magazine’s October 2010 edition. Attorney Hudkins serves on the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce Business Education Committee. Attorney Hudkins law featured in the Women in Business section of Around Town Magazine's Fall 2011 edition. Prior to founding Hudkins Law PLLC, Attorney Hudkins represented luxury goods manufacturers at a New York City law firm and gained her real estate experience with a New Hampshire law firm where she specialized in representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Prior to entering law school, Attorney Hudkins was based in Boston, Massachusetts where she held various positions in business research and marketing at an international consulting firm. Tomasello joined Hudkins Law PLLC in 2010 and focuses on residential real estate conveyancing and Bankruptcy. Prior to joining Hudkins Law, Attorney Tomasello managed the Massachusetts office of a national title company where she focused her practice on all aspects of real estate transactions in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island for local and national residential and commercial mortgage lenders. She was formerly an attorney with DeLuca & DeLuca Law Offices where she maintained a family law practice and also focused on consumer Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Attorney Tomasello was a founding member of the Roger Williams University School of Law Moot Court Honor Society and Family Law Inns of Court. Attorney Candice M. O’Neil joined Hudkins Law PLLC in 2011 and focuses her practice in estate planning, probate administration, corporate formation, and real estate. Prior to joining Hudkins Law, Attorney O’Neil practiced at a Massachusetts law firm specializing in estate planning and corporate law as well as at a wealth management firm where she drafted and administered estate plans for the firm's high net worth clients. During her first year of law school, Attorney O’Neil was appointed an Associate Editor of the Penn State Law Review. She is currently pursuing an L.L.M. in Taxation at the Boston University School of Law with a focus on estate taxation.
