✨ Property Spotlight: 66 Third Street, Dover, NH ✨
Nestled in the heart of Dover, NH, 66 Third Street is a landmark property adjacent to the train station and steps away from downtown's vibrant restaurants and retailers.
Acquired by Kelley Family Properties in January 2022, this 50,000-square-foot brick mill building was operating at 80% occupancy but needed significant upgrades. Over the past two years, we:
• Replaced all roofing systems
• Upgraded building mechanicals
• Installed new windows
• Performed masonry repairs
• Revitalized common areas
Today, the building is 100% occupied and boasts a diverse mix of retail, restaurant, office, and artisan tenants.
In partnership with REI Service Co., we also completed custom buildouts for three new tenants:
• Dover Pottery Studio
• Provana Co.
• 603 Driving School
Built in 1927 by M&M Bakery (McManus & Marcotte), the property originally supported a bustling bakery operation that began before World War I. M&M Bakery produced bread, cakes, and other baked goods in this very building, distributing them via over 100 trucks throughout New England. At its peak, the bakery received a million pounds of flour annually, thanks to its proximity to the railroad, which enabled efficient delivery of raw materials and outbound shipments of finished goods. While the bakery closed in 1961, its legacy remains woven into the fabric of Dover’s history.
