We are pleased to share that Kelley Family Properties has acquired Park View Apartments at 261 Pine Street in Manchester, NH, from Red Oak Apartment Homes as of July 22. Kelley Family Properties worked with Craig Labrecque, from MFH Realty, who represented the Seller, for a smooth transaction and quick close.

This 24-unit apartment building is a welcome addition to our growing portfolio, offering intentionally built, one-bedroom, one-bathroom units in a convenient, walkable location just across the street from Kalivas Park and in close proximity to the SNHU Arena. The property also features convenient off-street parking, full building fire suppression system, an elevator, and easy access to downtown amenities.

We were honored to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of CIRCA, our newest residential community at 177 N. Main Street in downtown Concord, NH!✂️

What was once the First Congregational Church has been thoughtfully transformed into 30 modern apartments — all while preserving the historic character of this beloved landmark.

A heartfelt thank you to Mayor Byron Champlin, members of the City Council, City staff, and committee members for joining us at the event and for your continued support throughout this transformative project.

We’re incredibly proud of what CIRCA represents: a respectful nod to the past and an investment in the future of downtown Concord. We’re thrilled to now be welcoming our first residents home — with more than half of our units already leased!

This project would not have been possible without the vision and collaboration of our partner, developer Jon Chorlian, our partners at Franklin Savings Bank, John Jordan Design, and the dedicated construction vendors.

🚧 Circa Renovation Update - 177 N. Main Street, Concord, NH! 🚧

Significant progress continues at Circa, the transformation of the historic First Congregational Church into a vibrant community of 30 modern apartments. We’re pleased to share that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEPS) rough ins are complete, and sheetrock installation has been finished!

Our team is now working hard on the next phase: painting, flooring, tiling, and kitchen & interior trim installs, along with some finishing touches for electrical and plumbing. We’re steadily moving towards the finish line with completion expected by late Spring 2025.

This adaptive reuse project is bringing new life to this iconic building while preserving its rich history. We can’t wait to share more as we move forward!

We are pleased to share that Kelley Family Properties, through MOR Real Estate Holdings, LLC, and Allison Street Holdings, LLC, has acquired 10 Renarl Ave, completing our ownership of all four buildings at Pembroke Park in Pembroke, NH.

With this addition, our portfolio now encompasses all 24 apartment units, nestled in a serene, wooded cul-de-sac. This acquisition also includes a solar panel array, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency for the property.

This milestone enables us to take a cohesive approach to property management and foster a sense of community at Pembroke Park. Residents benefit from a peaceful location with convenient access to Pembroke’s highly rated schools, local amenities, and scenic outdoor spaces.

Nestled in the heart of Dover, NH, 66 Third Street is a landmark property adjacent to the train station and steps away from downtown's vibrant restaurants and retailers.

Acquired by Kelley Family Properties in January 2022, this 50,000-square-foot brick mill building was operating at 80% occupancy but needed significant upgrades. Over the past two years, we:
• Replaced all roofing systems
• Upgraded building mechanicals
• Installed new windows
• Performed masonry repairs
• Revitalized common areas

Today, the building is 100% occupied and boasts a diverse mix of retail, restaurant, office, and artisan tenants.

In partnership with REI Service Co., we also completed custom buildouts for three new tenants:
• Dover Pottery Studio
• Provana Co.
• 603 Driving School

Built in 1927 by M&M Bakery (McManus & Marcotte), the property originally supported a bustling bakery operation that began before World War I. M&M Bakery produced bread, cakes, and other baked goods in this very building, distributing them via over 100 trucks throughout New England. At its peak, the bakery received a million pounds of flour annually, thanks to its proximity to the railroad, which enabled efficient delivery of raw materials and outbound shipments of finished goods. While the bakery closed in 1961, its legacy remains woven into the fabric of Dover’s history.
