Story Time: “In the fall, we put our stepmoms condo on the market. Only 2 people looked at it in 2 months and no offer was ever made. We knew we needed to change realtors. A good friend of ours recommended Tom. During our first meeting, Tom was very honest and gave us specifics on how to freshen up & update certain things in her condo. We took his advice and over the next 4 months had everything freshly painted, put down luxury vinyl flooring, and what a difference! When it was finally ready to put back on the market, he had a great photographer, and used all sorts of social media to get the word out. We got an offer the first week! Since it was a condo that we did not live in or own, there were some things we just did not know about it and the community. This was where his expertise really helped us. He was able to find answers to the questions that the buyer had, quickly. Honestly we wouldn’t have even known where to start for some of those answers. He guided us through the Purchase and Sale agreement, signing documents online, and even found us a great lawyer for the closing! Communicating with him was effortless. He’d text, email and call us to ask us any questions that the buyer had, and kept us updated through the whole process and timelines, to be ready for the closing. Tom, we knew we could trust your advice from the first day we met you, which was months before we actually hired you! And you proved us right! Thanks Tom for everything you did! I know we didn’t make it easy for you, but you sure made it easy for us. What a great job you did for our stepmom! You’re the BEST!“
