Our Story
Matt is the Principal of Imperial Properties as well as a broker, owner and founder. Matt oversees operations and development.
For over 9 years, Matt has been part of the NH Army National Guard, first as an Infantryman with a deployment to Afghanistan, and then as a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot and Officer. His aviation experience in managing Army programs, for multi-million-dollar Army aircraft, and managing aircrew training has given Matt the tools to successfully manage investment properties.
Matt is a licensed real estate Broker in NH and has a been personally involved in the many aspects of property management. Matt is a licensed Lead Abatement professional and he has been involved in renovation projects to make buildings safer and more habitable for residents. Matt has also been a property manager and has been in charge of building and propertymaintenance. Matt’s experience also extends into the sales sector of real estate. He has assisted buyers and sellers with their homes. Matt understands that for most people their home is their biggest asset and investment. He has helped buyers and sellers to reach their goals by helping them throughout the buying or selling process.
