Let me tell you, I'm a saint for not losing my mind over this client. I mean, I've been working with him for what feels like all my life and if I can handle him, I can handle anyone.

I tried taking days off especially my birthday which ironically was the same day as his, but he'd bug me to go see homes, and then he found this one that wasn't even listed, and of course, I dropped everything to go see it. He fell head over heels in love with it and insisted I write up an offer that was laughably low, and even though I was feeling pretty sick that day and knew it probably wouldn't fly, I wrote it up anyway. The sellers countered with one condition - that I wouldn't take a commission, and this guy had the nerve to agree to it, without even planning to pay me himself. I mean, all that hard work and not even a thank you?

Then he wanted a home inspection, and had the audacity to ask for a discount for the inspection but then he brought his dog along - I asked him “ why his dog was here” and he said “because, why not? What's a home inspection without a canine companion, right?”. You know what come to think of it probably better he brought the dog rather than his parents as I’d have lost it if they were just like him.

And then he started calling Benji Orlowski and Tiera from Hammonds daily, asking for verification that the place passed all municipal tests - I'm surprised they didn't block his number. And finally, he wanted a final walkthrough, with the sellers cutting the grass and removing their stuff before closing. I'm just glad he's happy, and his dog is cute, but hopefully, he never moves again, or I'll have to pretend I've changed my number! Congratulations Nathan Miller but please don’t call me again, you make a better agent than a buyer.
