Second Closing of the Day.
Some closings are about real estate. And some are about so much more. ❤️

A little over a month ago, the flood took the home where my Buyer's Granddaughter and her children were living. In the middle of all that loss and uncertainty, my Aunt and Uncle did what family does best — they stepped in.

Today, they closed on a new home for their Granddaughter and Great-Grandchildren. 🏡

A new address. A fresh start. A safe place to settle in, make memories, and begin putting the pieces back together.

I’ve walked a lot of people through closings, but getting to be a small part of this one meant so much.

Congratulations to my Aunt and Uncle, and most of all, welcome home again to this family. May this house hold many, many happier days ahead. ❤️
