POV: You think we’re just being nosy. 👀

You see us opening cabinets, checking closets, peeking in the attic, testing faucets, flipping light switches, and suddenly it looks like we’re auditioning for a detective show.

But here’s what we’re actually doing:
🏡 Looking for storage space.
💧 Checking for signs of leaks or water damage.
⚡ Testing that things work the way they should.
🚪 Making sure doors, windows, and cabinets open and close properly.
👃 Paying attention to smells, moisture, and anything that could become a costly surprise later.

A showing isn’t just about deciding if you like the paint color. It’s about helping you understand the home you’re potentially investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in.

So yes… we do be looking in your cabinets. But we promise there’s a method to the madness. 😂
