Another home buying dream achieved!! 🏡🎉

This sweet family had a vision: more land, more space, all without the high price tag. Finding the right fit that checked all the boxes wasn’t always easy, but we secured the perfect home, with down payment assistance, and seller concessions to cover closing costs, which meant these buyers got a nice check back at the closing table. It truly was every buyer’s DREAM.

In a neighborhood with an average of 94 days on market, we sold their home in only TWELVE DAYS with an offer price over asking and a quick close.
