Building a new construction home should feel exciting, not like you’re constantly wondering, “Is anyone actually checking on this?” 👀

That’s where I come in.

When my clients build a home, I’m not just there for the contract and closing day. I’m checking on the home 2-4 times a month throughout the build, sending progress updates, comparing what’s being installed to the selections they chose, and helping catch the little things before they turn into bigger, more expensive problems.

Because sometimes it’s not a huge red flag.

Sometimes it’s the wrong cabinet color.
A missing outlet.
A design choice that doesn’t match the selection sheet.
A small issue that needs attention now, not three weeks from now when it can’t really be fixed.

My job is to give you peace of mind, advocate for you when something doesn’t look right, and help make sure the home you’re building is actually becoming the home you dreamed about.

New construction is still construction.
