Thinking about selling your home in Artavia and buying your next one, but not sure if the numbers actually make sense?

Would selling now make sense?
Would keeping the home as a rental be smarter?
Would waiting six months or a year put you in a better position?
Could a seller leaseback help you transition into your next home?
Can we strategically time your closings so you are not carrying two mortgage payments longer than necessary?
There is no one size fits all answer.
