Register now for Township Fall Programs

The Woodlands, TX - A new season of recreation, adventure and community fun is almost here! Registration for The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department’s Fall 2026 programs opens Monday, August 10, 2026.

The Fall 2026 Activity Guide is online and packed with opportunities for all ages to stay active, try something new and make memories. From concerts and family events to sports, aquatics, outdoor adventures, enrichment classes, tennis, pickleball and holiday celebrations, there is something for everyone.

Seasonal favorites and new experiences include Concert in the Park, Family Bingo Night, Winter Makers Market, Creekside Campout, Halloween events, holiday programs, Sunny Dayz Holiday Break Camps and activities at Texas TreeVentures and The Woodlands Boat House.

Many programs have limited space and fill quickly, so individuals are encouraged to explore the guide early, build their fall schedule and register for a fall of fun! Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On August 3rd, the GSE's (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) made it exponentially harder for a buyer to finance a condo. It gets even worse January of next year.

One of the number one reasons we see condos declined for financing? INSURANCE. Now, the coverage has to equal full replacement cost. i.e. replacement cost is $10,000,000 for all units; insurance must be for $10,000,000. Most condo associations and by proxy, the condo owners, cannot afford this increase in coverage...especially along the Gulf Coast.
