🎉 CLEAR TO CLOSE… A WEEK EARLY! 🎉

I think this calls for a little pre-celebration! 🥂🏡

In a market where homes are taking longer to sell, my sellers did something incredibly important: they stayed patient, consistent and trusted the process.

From day one, we made sure their home was ready to shine for EVERY showing:

🌟 I guide my clients in preparing their home to win over buyers from Day 1.

🌟 I also show up early before my professional photographer arrives to ensure the little items we don’t want seen in photos are out of the way. How you live & how you sell are two different things. I’ll climb up and take down that bowls of chip bags on top of the frig. I’ll remove the extra kitchen counter items we don’t need out. All this things magically disappear 🌟
