🤍 The Vessel and Vine Studio — A New Chapter, The Same Calling 🤍
When The Vessel and Vine Studio began, it was out of obedience to a calling placed on my heart by the Holy Spirit — a desire to share God’s Word and remind others of His immeasurable love.
Through every piece of artwork, every devotional, every Scripture card, and every prayer journal, my heart has remained the same.
To remind someone that they are seen. That their tears matter. That they can reach for the hem of His garment. That they are held by a loving Father.
That they are chosen. So loved. And held by Him.
Today, I’m introducing a new chapter of that same calling.
Handcrafted Oyster Shell Crosses.
These crosses began along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, where I personally handpicked oyster shells, praying and asking Jesus to show me exactly which ones to choose.
Every shell is unique, with its own shape, texture, and beauty.
As are we.
No two shells are exactly alike, and neither are any two of us. Each carries its own markings, imperfections, and story.
Yet each has beauty and purpose.
One of my most treasured Scriptures is Psalm 139:14:
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
Every life is precious to our Heavenly Father. Every life has value. And every person is known and loved by the One who created them.
As I selected these shells, I was reminded of that beautiful truth.
And when those individually chosen shells come together to form a cross, they point to the greatest expression of love the world has ever known.
Jesus.
My prayer is that these crosses will be more than something beautiful hanging on a wall.
I pray they will be a reminder that you were created with purpose, that your life is precious, and that you are deeply loved by the One who gave His life for you.
The Vessel and Vine Studio may be growing in new ways, but its purpose remains unchanged.
To share His Word, reflect His love, and point hearts to Jesus.
With love and prayer,
Cheryl Plut
