BACKGROUND OF BROKER/OWNER

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I owned and managed several information services companies dedicated to providing credit information to the financial industry. Earlier in my career I was the national sales manager for a NYSE traded manufacturer and marketer of electronic interconnect products and services. This experience allowed me to obtain an understanding of

the opportunities and risks when investing and leveraging a variety of different asset classes. Owning a family ranch in Karnes County, and working on other South Texas land owner's real estate projects, has given me a measure of familiarity with the many complications and issues that arise in ownership and conveying surface and mineral estates. Real property such as land and mineral holdings offer a usable and inherently understood investment option. Unlike Land and mineral assets, companies can print more stock certificates, and government can print more bonds and dollar bills, making it difficult to determine the long term value of these paper assets. Recently I founded Land Investex, LLC to round out representation options offered to buyers interested in investing in land and mineral assets. and participate closely with Texas Landmen LLC, which is a network of the top brokers in Texas. We specialize in the successful representation of South Texas and Hill Country buyers and sellers of live water, mineral, recreational, hunting, ranching, farming, retirement, investment, development, and income producing properties.
