One of the many joys of our Real Estate journey has been by being able to serve others !!

That can be anything from:

- Putting a roof over a family’s head.

- Having connections when it comes to HVAC, Lawn Companies, Insurance Companies, Plumbing Companies, etc.

- Taking care of these families that live in our rental homes in a timely manner unlike some stories we hear where it might be several weeks before the tenant gets taken care of.

-Helping them build their credit back up by paying on time through our platform that accepts rent.

It’s now always rainbows and sunshine but at the end of the day, week, quarter and year its completely worth it.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT and Thank you to our “Handy-Man” who got us taken care of on one of rental homes with a new back door and trim for one of our VIP tenants.
