Did you know a “short sale” usually isn’t short at all? 😂

The “short” doesn’t refer to how long the sale takes. It means the lender agrees to accept less than the amount owed on the mortgage when the property is sold.

So basically…

Short on payoff.
Not necessarily short on patience. 😂

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

Twenty five years later, we honor the lives that were lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families who were forever changed, and the men and women who answered the call to serve our country.

As a veteran owned company, this day holds special meaning for us. Our owner, Matt Cree, proudly served in the United States Air Force, and that spirit of service, integrity and commitment to others is part of who we are at First Priority Title of Texas.

May we continue to teach the generations who were not there about the sacrifice, courage and unity we witnessed as Americans came together.
