Being a working mom with kids out of school for the summer is not for the weak! But don’t think I took the summer off. It’s been business as usual, with just a little bit more to juggle 😉

185 Dogwood Hill Trail - These were repeat clients which is my favorite thing! It means I was good enough to come back to. We got this one under contract in less than 60 days when the average for the area is 150! Thank you to my clients for their trust in me.

34 Bayou Springs - Just as good as repeat clients are referrals! This home belonged to the grandmother of some really good clients and friends of mine. We sold this one twice! Lol. The first buyer got cold feet which opened the opportunity for our buyer that was meant to be. Now grandma can live her best life in the greatest facility for the elderly!

283 Fairwind Trail - I met this sweet couple at an open house months ago in the very neighborhood they ended up buying a house in. I LOVE first time home buyers because it gives me a chance to pass on all the knowledge and educate the buyer. We have sailed through inspections and are excited for a fast approaching closing day.

Unpopular opinion… maybe. 🤷‍♀️

We don’t think a brokerage should simply hold your license and collect a portion of your commission.

We think your broker should know your name. Training shouldn’t end after onboarding. Collaboration should beat competition. And no agent should feel like they’re building their business alone.
