✨ Proud Mom Moment ✨

Today Nathan had his very first solo flight! 🚀✈️ Watching him take off all on his own brought me right back to when he was about 13 and first said, “Mom, I want to fly planes.”

Of course, the thought of my baby flying a plane made me suggest a few safer, more “grounded” professions. He considered those for maybe a day and then came back with, “Nah. I want to fly the planes!”

From that moment on, he’s poured himself into learning everything he could about aviation—traffic patterns, airports, planes—you name it.

Seeing him up there today, fully on his own, I couldn’t help but see that same determined little boy who once told me his dream. 💙 So incredibly proud of you, Nathan!

📊 Weekly Market Update – New Home Sales 🏡

In July, new home sales dipped slightly by 0.6% to an annual pace of 652,000 units — but the number still beat expectations! ✅

🔹 Inventory remains high at 499,000 homes, but only 121,000 are move-in ready.
🔹 Median new home price: $403,800, down 5.9% from last year.
🔹 More affordable homes are hitting the market, creating opportunities for buyers!

💡 With mortgage rates trending lower since July, we could see even stronger sales in the coming months.

✨ Bottom line: The market is still moving, and opportunities are out there for both buyers and sellers!
