Things need to change. There are so many hurdles for a seller in norristown. Lack of communication, the ever-changing endless list items and time line of when you can inspect are just a few. It puts a huge strain on a seller and the buyer also feels the anxiety during the process. It is bad for everyone.

Many Norristown homeowners will find postcards from the SRA in their mailboxes this week. We're rolling out a public information campaign to inform the community about the extensive resale requirements imposed by the municipality.
