LIMITED AGENCY… aka the real estate version of “I need to stay Switzerland while everyone is texting me emotional support paragraphs.” 😂

When a Realtor represents BOTH the buyer and seller in the same transaction, it’s called Limited Agency. That means I legally step into a neutral role while still helping BOTH sides get to the closing table smoothly.

And honestly?
A smooth Limited Agency deal takes a LOT of organization, communication, and trust from everyone involved.

This one officially made it to SOLD and I’m incredibly thankful for both my buyer and seller trusting me through the process 🏡
