Another busy day in Real Estate.
I'm beyond excited to say this one is UNDER CONTRACT!!!

The actual day went by and it completely escaped me. But I do want to acknowledge that this month marks ONE (see what I did there?) full year of being with not only the largest brokerage in our area, but the best.
