I know I know, I’ve heard it a million times: “The market is too crazy” “I’ll never be able to get a house with how things are going.”
There are a lot of things you might be afraid of, but don't let a bidding war be one of them!

Let's bust some myths right here and now so that you can continue your search and land your dream home. 🏡🏡

FIRST MYTH:
Buying a home in today's market isn't worth it, you'll get outbid no matter what

THE TRUTH:
Buying a home when you're ready is always a good idea, just be ready to be competitive and have an agent with experience

SECOND MYTH:
The home will always go to the highest bidder

THE TRUTH:
An attractive offer can beat out numbers. There are strategies such as fewer contingencies that can get your offer to the top of the pile

THIRD MYTH:
You won't be able to compete with an all-cash offer

THE TRUTH:
Yes, a cash offer is appealing but sometimes can't compete with financing when the price starts to escalate
