🏡 Some closings take 30 days. This one took a year and a half! And it was worth the wait! ♥

Today we recognize the Central AR Home Team (April, Rick, Libby).
For nearly 18 months these agents worked alongside a buyer as she waited patiently for her home out of state to sell and then search for just the right place to begin her next chapter here in Arkansas.

There were cancellations, delays, waiting and a few moments when everyone probably wondered if the timing would ever come together. 🥲

🎉 A FIRST FOR BOTH OF THEM! 🏡🧡

There’s something extra special about a first closing.

Today, Emily Griffin celebrated her very first real estate closing and she got to do it by helping her client become a first-time homeowner!

Two big milestones. One very exciting closing table. 🥳

♥ TODAY IS NATIONAL SENIOR CITIZENS DAY!

So today we celebrate the generations who built businesses, raised families, served their communities, cared for neighbors, and helped make places like Central Arkansas feel like home.

Getting older is about having more stories and more perspective and hopefully a little more time to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.
