Another one SOLD! 🏡🔥

This one was extra special for another awesome client that I’ve truly loved getting to know more and work with. She reached out to me several months ago, and since then we’ve been working to find the perfect place for her and her family. It feels so good to finally see her in her new home!

Phew!!😅 This one was fast paced! My buyers were on a huge time crunch, and we had a very tight deadline to beat with nothing on the market at the time. I was able to track down the right house, and with the hard work of my clients, Libby Morris with ProLand, and Tara Mallett, we got an accepted offer and made it to the closing table in 21 days!
On top of that, I was able to negotiate for them to have all of their closing costs paid, along with a few other things that made the deal even better for them

It was great working with the listing agent on this one too. Everyone stayed in sync, communicated well, and got it done for all parties involved.
I’m so happy for my buyers and very thankful they trusted me on this. It’s the perfect place for their little family.

I missed posting this yesterday, but I still wanted to say Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful wife Paige Winston!
Our family is beyond blessed to have you. Thank you for everything you do every day to keep this family together and make our house feel like a home. You do so much for everyone, and work so hard on your job and in college, raising these crazy kids, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

Our kids are more than lucky to have a mom who loves them the way you do, and I’m thankful every day we get to do life with you.

After months of searching for the perfect spot that checked every box for my clients’ family, we finally found it. With the big help of John Simone, We were able to get it locked in just in time for their move to Arkansas, and I couldn't be more excited for them.
