I don’t say it enough, but this woman amazes me.

She works full time, is an incredible mom to three kids, somehow puts up with me every single day 😂, and now she’s at UCA finishing out her Business and Marketing degree.

Watching her continue to push toward this goal with everything else she has on her plate makes me proud. Her hard work, dedication, and determination never stop, and our kids get to see firsthand what it looks like to keep chasing something you’ve worked hard for.

This is a good reminder that some of the best memories don’t have to cost much at all. Which is good in today’s time for sure.

Friday night pizza and a movie. Pancakes on Saturday morning. Board games. Making dessert together. Sitting outside after dark. Calling grandparents. Little traditions that seem simple now, but our kids may remember forever.

I really enjoyed this one! I got the chance to work with both sides on this deal and they both had a timeline they were trying to hit. The seller needed to get it sold by a certain date, and the buyer was trying to get everything wrapped up quick too.

From the way we priced it, marketed it, negotiated it, and kept it moving all the way to closing, we were able to make it happen for both parties.

That’s what I enjoy about this business. Every deal is different and unique and when everyone communicates and does their job, things can come together the right way.
