UPDATE: I’m back with a Sold Update for the Cedar Ave Property. This one was an extremely smooth process I’m happy to say. I had an agent reach out to me with an investor wanting to sell their property, which very recently had a section 8 tenant and didn’t require much updating at all really. So I immediately was able to put one of my partners in place that was looking to purchase a “Buy and Hold” in that area, and we got this sold ASAP! And that’s what it’s about it. UPDATE: Part 2 - back at the “OldKnow Dr.” Property. Proud to report that we were able to finally start the renovation process. They will be Taking this property from a 3 Bed/ 2 Bath to a 4 Bed/ 2.5 Bath. I’m Excited and cant wait to show the finished work. This is just another example of how patience, experience and knowledge get the deal done!! And that’s what it’s about it. UPDATE: I’m here back at the “OldKnow Dr.” Property. Proud to report that we were able to finally get this property sold and the deal done. I had to come back with an update, because there was so much unexpected red tape and back and forth with both the Seller and the Agent (homes around this size usually go much smoother in the sales process.)Not to mention My partners had serious expansion plans for this property. So I was able hold it all together and got it closed. And can finally start the renovation process. And that’s what it’s about it. [2023 RECAP] So, this closing had to have been the “Wildest” Real Estate Venture I’ve been a part of so far!!! First of All, Always Giving Glory To GOD for helping me get it done and seeing me through this business. But Man!!!… it’s was WOOORK!!! I really appreciate every one and ALL parties involved. From the seller, to the attorneys, my new partner and awesome agent, and my amazing business partners who made it all happen!! It literally took everything we had to get this done and closed! We had EVERYTHING happened to us during this transaction… From unexpected delays, to last minute paperwork issues, legal issues, communication issues, banking issues, even squatters tried to break in the property… literally the morning of funding and finalizing the deal! Not to mention it was the sellers deceased parents home being sold and she was in Tears the entire time at closing! 🤯🤯 But we were able to get it all DONE, Another one on the Board! 💰🏡
