❤️ Your family’s dinner can help another family move toward a brighter future.

Join us this Monday for Phoenix Pass Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A! It’s a simple, delicious way to show our moms and children that their community is cheering them on. A portion of the evening’s sales will support our families as they work toward stability, independence, and a home of their own.

Hearts Behind the Hope🤍

Today, my heart is with the incredible families we serve at Phoenix Pass.

I see the early mornings and the long workdays. The moms who come home tired and still help with homework, make dinner, and listen to their children’s stories. I see them sit down with their budgets, put money into savings, pay down debts, and make difficult choices because they want something better for their families.

That work deserves to be recognized. Especially the quiet effort that happens when no one is watching.

Some days are harder than others. There are setbacks, tears, and moments when the road ahead feels long. But I also get to witness the pride of reaching a savings goal, the relief of paying off a debt, and the growing confidence of a woman realizing just how much she is capable of.

To our Phoenix Pass families: I hope you know how proud we are of you. We see your effort. We see the love behind it. And when your children look back, I hope they’ll see what we see every day, a mom who worked hard, kept learning, and kept showing up for them.

It is a blessing to walk beside you and watch the future you’re building, one decision at a time. ❤️

We pray everyone weathered the storm safely and that this morning finds you and those you love well. ❤️

After a night of wind and rain, we’re reminded that some storms shake our windows, while others shake our lives. Some arrive with a forecast. Others come without warning, a loss, a hardship, a moment that changes everything.

At Phoenix Pass, our families know what it means to weather those storms. They know the worry of an uncertain tomorrow and the courage it takes to begin again, especially when little ones are looking to you to make everything okay.

Here, we have the privilege of walking beside them. Through the difficult days, the small victories, and the slow rebuilding of a life, we get to remind them that they are loved and that they have people in their corner.

We see hope in everyday moments: a mom proud of what she has accomplished, a child laughing on the playground, a family settling into a place where they can finally breathe.

Whatever storm you may be facing today, we pray you find strength for the next step, a little peace in the waiting, and someone willing to walk beside you.

May we always be a community that offers one another shelter, in our homes, in our kindness, and in our hearts. ❤️

Happy Friday from Phoenix Pass!

With the kids out of school this week, our days have been filled with some of my favorite sounds, the bounce of basketballs and the cheers when a shot goes through the hoop, the squeak of swings going back and forth, and children’s laughter on sunny afternoons.

There have been little visitors stopping by the office for snacks and to show me the rocks they found. And apparently, we now have a lizard outside named “Bob.” 🦎😊

These sweet little moments mean so much to me. I love that they want to share their treasures and little stories, and I’m so thankful I get to be here to hear them.

What a blessing to hear our children playing, laughing, and simply being kids. It’s been a sweet week at Phoenix Pass, and my heart is grateful. 💛

Happy Thursday from Phoenix Pass! 💛

Sometimes progress looks like a big milestone. Other times, it’s getting up after a hard day, keeping a promise to yourself, or taking one small step toward a better future.

Here at Phoenix Pass, we get to walk beside moms who are doing that work every day, for themselves and for their children. We are so thankful to be part of their journey and to have a community that believes in them, too.

Whatever this week has brought your way, give yourself a little grace today. You don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

There is hope ahead, and so much good still waiting to grow. 🌷

A huge thank you to this wonderful group of men for once again showing up for our families at Phoenix Pass! ❤️

They moved in a couch and dressers, removed two old, nonworking dishwashers, and helped install their replacements. There were plenty of stairs and heavy lifting, but these guys tackled it all with a smile!

We are so thankful for their hard work, kind hearts, and willingness to help whenever we need them. Behind every piece of furniture moved and appliance replaced is a family whose home feels a little more comfortable because someone cared enough to show up. What a blessing you are to us! ❤️

On this Monday edition of Hearts Behind the Hope, I want to recognize someone who means so much to our Phoenix Pass families, our wonderful Case Manager. ❤️

Although she is with us part time, you would never know it by the heart she pours into her work. She is kind and understanding, firm when she needs to be, and has the gentlest heart. She goes above and beyond because she truly cares about our moms, our children, and the futures they are working so hard to build.

I am so blessed to walk beside her, helping ensure our families have the support, encouragement, and guidance they need to successfully complete our program. This work comes with both beautiful moments and hard days, and I am deeply grateful to share it with someone who gives so much of herself.

Our families are blessed to have her, and so am I. She is such a special part of our Phoenix Pass community, and I hope she knows how much she is loved and appreciated. The heart she puts into this work makes a difference every day. ❤️
