One of my biggest PET PEEVES… 😂

My husband driving my car and MOVING MY SEAT.

Because somehow I can move it back 47 times and it STILL doesn’t feel right. Too close. Too far. Too high. Something is OFF. 😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one who gets irrationally annoyed by this?!

And yes… I’m fully aware this is petty. I don’t care. 😂

“Should I wait for interest rates to come down?” 👀

Probably one of the MOST common questions I’m hearing from buyers right now.

But here’s the thing… you’re not buying an interest rate. You’re buying a HOME and a monthly payment.

If the right house comes along and the payment makes sense for your budget, waiting for the “perfect” rate may not always be the best move.

Rates change. Markets change. And refinancing may be an option down the road.

The better question is: What can I comfortably afford RIGHT NOW?

Again… don’t judge me. 😂

I love my kids more than anything in this world, BUT the amount of stress they can cause me between 6:30 and 7:20 AM is absolutely unmatched.

Then I drop them off in the car line, watch those doors close, and I swear I instantly feel 40 pounds lighter. 😂

Anybody else love their kids dearly AND love watching them walk into school? 🤣
