4 years ago, I didn't live in Tennessee.
I didn't think about Tennessee, didn't know anyone, didn't care about TN.
Then our life story would have us move here, and through it all, I needed to know about the area.
As a guy moving to TN... but also a marketer, and also a realtor...
I created The Tennessee Life as a way to provide resources to other people looking to move to this amazing state.
Wouldn't ya know it... after a couple of years of (very inconsistent) effort, I'm ranking #1 for "best weather in tennessee".
This is a HUGE deal. This is not easy to do.
I have an SEO friend who texts me a couple times a week with screenshots of my positive traffic & click growth.
There are SO many ways the content of this brand fall short (like having only 25 likes on my page lol), but I have planned to bulk up this brand and make it an absolute powerhouse...
Truth be told, I am building it up to become so profitable that it will be sellable in the next 5-10 years.
But today... on this ironically dreary, rainy day... I celebrate this (not really so) small victory.
