Pulp or no pulp?

I’m not Tony, I do not want a drop of pulp at all! When I was a kid I begged and begged for Donald Duck OJ and it was name brand so you know….it was a no no. I finally got some—-and it had pulp and no sugar and needless to say I didn’t beg for it anymore 😂

Sometimes all it takes is one house that a buyer has had their eyes on for months and sees it and knows it the one. Congratulations to the Barrera Family on their first home. When I say teamwork makes the dream work I mean it. Brandon Parrish with First Bank knocked it out of the park on lending—there were some things we had to wait and see and he got it done exactly when we needed it. Trey Bolin and the sellers were very accommodating and Tessa and Samantha closed us without a hitch!!

AFTER DARK MOVIES IN THE PARK START TOMORROW NIGHT!

First up in this year's lineup is Lilo and Stitch!
The movies are FREE and open to everyone; they begin at dusk every Friday in June at the Dogwood Performance Pavilion. Bring a blanket or folding chair for more comfortable seating and make plans to join us for a movie night!

Hot or Iced?
Although I enjoy some iced coffee when it’s super hot out….theres not a day goes by that it doesn’t start with a cup of hot, black coffee

Thorn Gap Road Lots 1,2, and 3 are SOLD!! Needless to say I’ve got some happy customers!
