We’ve been in this house 34 years in March, and a few years ago, we had all our copper pipes under the house replaced with PEX piping.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the piping in the walls replaced at that time. If we had , we could’ve avoided the disaster that happened over Christmas!

Water started seeping through the wall in the family room, and no plumber was working!

So, after we got the leaking stopped, we called Fishback Plumbing, and they got to us to start replacing the piping with PEX today!

Recognize anybody, Julie Kaczmarek?

Yes, that’s your sweet son, Nick, giving his all the entire day!

You raised some hard-working children!

Now, we have new piping in all our bathrooms and downstairs in the walls!

We should be good for a while! (It will be on the next owner the next time!

When my Minnesota client, who was a referral from Marcia Carter, a former client, walked in this house, she knew it was HER house! When I called Glinda Brown, the listing agent, to give her a head-up that I would be writing a contract for it, she informed me that she had gotten a contract about 15 minutes earlier. I was on my way to Spring Hill, took my laptop, hooked it up to my hotspot, and furiously wrote the offer on the way there as my husband drove. I finished it around 10:00 PM, sent it to my client to have her sign it electronically, and sent it to the listing agent. At around 8:00 AM, I got a message that the seller had accepted the other offer. My client was disappointed, but she was wiling to look at another house, but it just wasn't the house she loved. Kudos to Glinda Brown for texting me when the house came back on the market giving my client another opportunity to get this house she loves! It is now under contract, and I so appreciate the integrity shown by Glinda Brown! This was like Miracle on 34th Street where Susan says, "Stop the Car!" She KNEW it was her house, and it makes me so happy when my clients get what they want! Great location. . . although not quite close enough to walk to Char's as she wanted, but it even has a charming backyard where a hot tub will fit perfectly, no joke, in the future! This house will soon belong to Becky and Debra Culver! It is just a short walk away from Becky's mom's house and in a great location! This house has a basement with French doors to allow lots of sunshine in while Debra is working from home. It makes me so proud to be a part of the graduation from TTU with a Master's Degree present for Becky and Debra! This is just one reason why I love my job so much!
