Artificial Intelligence is all the buzz these days! Most folks are having a good time with it but some need to rely on it. Even politicians are debating the good and bad of AI.
It’s funny how so many people don’t want data centers close to them but use the technology so much they are increasing the need for those data centers. AI is here to stay and it will be interesting to see who and what jobs get replaced by it.

As for real estate, it’s so easy to see agents who use it for their property descriptions and more. It’s obvious some of those agents are not creative enough or smart enough to come up with content on their own. I’ve noticed that those who use it so much don’t have the other skills to make them a great agent like in negotiating, explaining construction practices nor understanding raw land features. Unfortunately, many of these weak agents will be replaced by AI in the next few years.

I personally know how to use these new tools but rarely do. I’m fortunate to have plenty of real intelligence and decades or experience that I don’t need to rely on the artificial (fake) intelligence!

How do you think AI would evaluate these real pictures of property features and attributes? Would you use a doctor or attorney that only relied on AI?? Not me, I want a critical thinker and problem solver that has real intelligence!

So, I was up in the Monterey area and decided to stop and visit some friends who bought a farm a couple years ago. I’m very impressed at their progress, Chris and Sarah are now real farmers! Thank God I didn’t have some of my granddaughters with me or I would have come home with this baby lamb! 🐑 it was sooo cute! However, I did score some organic chicken and a very stylish hat!🧢
