I have lived in the Upper Cumberland Area for nearly 60 years and I have been in real estate since 1990. I serve the entire Upper Cumberland area which includes Sparta, Cookeville, Crossville, Livingston, Baxter, Smithville, Gainesboro, and Monterey. During my career as a Realtor, I have been very active in the Upper Cumberland Association of REALTORS. I

n 2002 I served as President, In 2003 & 2005 I was REALTOR of the Year, served on the Board of Directors through 2010 and served as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS Upper Cumberland Chapter in 2005. I believe that when families are happy, then everything else will fall into place. My passion is working with families to find their perfect home whether that is their 1st or their 4th home. My knowledge of financing is extremely helpful when finding the right home to match with the buyer's financial needs. My years of experience and negotiating skills come in handy when meeting those challenges that arise from time to time in getting everyone to the closing table.
