As the temperature warms up, I respectfully request that if you are aware it's your designated week for cleaning, please maintain the air conditioning at a minimum setting of 72 degrees. We will adjust it to a higher temperature when we depart. Cleaning becomes impractical in temperatures ranging from 76 to 90 degrees, particularly in mobile homes, as it adversely affects our health. Given our efficient workflow, the high temperatures pose a significant challenge. If your thermostat is not accessible remotely via your phone, I recommend considering a smart thermostat, which is straightforward to install and operate. Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to personally adjust the temperatures. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and I'm grateful for your attention to this matter.

June is our biggest month thus far. We have around 80 cleanings to do, and 16 of those are this week alone. Our Airbnb and VRBO homes are booking out, and we've added some amazing private homes to our books. We are thankful for our contracted cleaning companies that have partnered with us as well. It's a team effort to keep the lake running. We are super grateful and super blessed. Thank you all for allowing us to serve you, your investments, and your lake homes. God Bless! 🙏
