Big congrats to Jared & Ashley on the sale of their townhome and purchase of their new house! Jared has been my personal trainer for years and he married Ashley about a year ago. Their 3 dogs and desire for a yard and more space pushed them toward single family home ownership. I was delighted they asked me to help them! Never did I imagine I would receive a call out of the blue from a stranger wanting to buy their place and requesting me to help. I ended up with an opportunity to represent both sides and everyone came out a winner. After many showings, a few losses, and a ticking clock we finally landed on “the one” for Jared and Ashley.
