We celebrated National Pancake Day on Wednesday Feb. 28th with home made blueberry pancakes. The resident really enjoy our breakfast celebrations. Residents bring all the side dishes, sausage, eggs, bacon, fruit, rolls etc. and the manager make the pancakes. Every one loves it, they leave with full tummies and pancakes to take home for later.

Our Residents got to tour Lupulin Brewing in Big Lake along with trying out a food truck Swede's Smokin Grill yesterday....

Our Residents got to tour Lupulin Brewing in Big Lake along with trying out a food truck Swede's Smokin Grill yesterday. They reported that they had a great time and are ready to go back in the summer when they can sit out on their patio.

We hope you all had a wonderful Valentines Day! We made these wonderful wall art projects to hang outside our doors this month in our craft class. We had an amazing Valentines Dinner yesterday with Shrimp Scampi and a backed potato with sour cram and cheddar cheese. Residents brought everything from salads to desserts to share. We finished up the evening by playing a few games.
