As a former six year real estate leasing professional for Renters Warehouse, my focus has been working with rental properties, both on the landlord and tenants side. As an agent it is important to be aware of current market values and trends, to best market properties to meet today’s current expectations of both the sellers and buyers. In short of a year, my ability to effectively work with clients to manage and lease properties helped me rise to Senior Agent and make Presidents Club.
In addition to my experience with the rental market, I worked in a family owned home construction business for over 20 years. My expertise in this field brings an extensive level of knowledge in not only construction but also renovations.
