What a journey for this amazing family! A year ago, they started searching for a home, touring existing houses but never quite finding the one that felt just right. We suggested exploring new construction, and that led them to discover a beautiful lot in a neighborhood they loved, where they could design a home that truly fits their family.
While their dream home was being built, we navigated selling their previous home, making the transition smooth and exciting. And now, after months of planning and anticipation, they’re officially moving into the home they’ve been dreaming of!
We’re so grateful they trusted Raenna and I to be part of both their buying and selling journey. Watching it all come together for them has been such a joy.
