I am not sure if you have seen the news reporting that the Real Estate Market is HOT right now! But if not here is great information for you. It looks like it is going to get better in the upcoming weeks. It is a great market for both buyers and sellers.

Buyers are going to be out in force due to the rising interest rates. Lower rates equals lower payments. With more potential buyers, sellers could expect quicker sales on their properties. Projections are saying that the home values are not going to rise from where they are at due to this influx of inventory and potential buyers.

So with this said, if you are thinking about your next move. Now is a great time to explore your options. Depending on your specific situation it may be the perfect time to sell! I have heard sellers move to a lake property once they sell their home. This does alleviate the stress of buying another home for awhile. Some sellers are willing to rent and then decide the next direction that is best for them.

As with buyers we expect to see more and more inventory hitting the market soon. This usually happens after the Superbowl, but we are starting to see this taking place now.
