Important News from The Title Group!
We are taking your health and welfare seriously and have been testing drive-thru closings for a couple of weeks now.
The response has been great and we are very excited to fully implement this across the company.
We are dedicated to serving you AND keeping you safe during these difficult times.
If you prefer to use a drive-up closing, please follow these easy steps:
Documents will be sent to you via email for you to review
When you arrive to your closing destination please pull up to the front and wait in your car. Call or text the specific number provided by your closer when you arrive to your closing.
Your closer will then come out and watch you sign your documents through your car window.
Once signing is completed your closer will grab the signed documents, and your cashiers check if it is needed for closing, through the car window. Or you can set them outside while your closer steps away. They will then review the documents and assure the signing has been completed correctly.
Copies will be emailed to you after closing to ensure minimal contact.
