Ron Walker began working full-time in the building construction industry in 1972. He obtained a Plumber's Journeyman's License in 1976 and has held a State Master Plumber's License since 1981. He received his Certified Home Inspector certificate from Gold Coast Construction in 1998. In 2004, Ron was certified as a Mold Assessor and in 2005, was certified as a FEMA Inspector. He received his certif
ication as a Wind and Hurricane Inspector by My Safe Florida Home in 2007. Ron has personally completed over 4,000 inspections and is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In June 2009, he was recognized as a Certified Master Inspector by the Master Inspector Certification Board. Bryan Walker began training as a home inspector with his Dad when he was 15 years old. He is now a full time, licensed Home Inspector and Mold Assessor and has completed over 2,500 inspections. He just recently became a licensed Radon Technician. Bryan has spent the last 5 years enhancing an inspection report template that is second to none which serves to provide our customers with detailed inspection reports that include photos and information the client needs in order to make informed decisions about the property. In addition, the report provides information about the insurance and wind mitigation implications of the property under consideration. Bryan also has extensive experience in the area of mold testing and assessments. Don Walker is a licensed Plumbing Contractor and Home Inspector. He has worked with Ron and Bryan doing inspections for the past 10 years. Our newest inspector is Stephane LaBarge. Steph brings expertise in the electrical field along with excellent computer skills that help provide our clients with timely, detailed reports.
