WE ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED! ❤️🏡
This one was emotional and personal to me. Helping one of my closest friends move comes with a lot of mixed emotions but I knew that I had to help.
The timing and market were not on our side, prices decreased since last year and the offers we received were not as appealing.
So what do you do? You pivot! I knew that the rental market is still strong, since they purchased their home pre covid they would be cash flow positive so we put the house up for rent.
The house was leased within a couple of days. It became a rental/investment property for them. They were able to move on their timeline and have someone else pay their property off. This is how you build financial wealth! ✅
I could have pushed to sell their home (more commission for me) but did what is in the client’s best interest.
We are going to miss them dearly. Life here in florida will not be the same without them.❤️😢
