Weather calls for showers and possible thunderstorms but that doesn’t stop THIS Oregon Coast Realtor 🤠

Live feed was having issues so I’ll settle for an update with a picture. I know I always talk about my food truck and fish tacos, but don’t forget I’m ALSO a realtor! And real estate is my actual true passion.

Like I was trying to say in my live feed, I was walking through the mud today showing a property in Coquille and I’m on standby to show some property in Lakeside. The roads ARE slick with water on the roadways and lots of crashes. There’s a new crash just past the Coquille/Bandon junction headed towards Coquille. So be careful!

🛑 I had a person ask me if I priced my dads house too high and that’s why it’s not selling….he then proceeded to tell me that a certain agent runs the market here in Coos County and that I should just stick to selling fish and chips 😂

I have one of my signs at the bottom of my dads driveway JUST for advertising! It is not for sale. I will never sell my fathers home that HE built for us after our house burnt down in 1999 ❣️

I’m in LOVE with my new signs! My new business cards look very similar too. I’m excited for our brokerage name change and to be a part of National Real Estate - Oregon‼️ Thank you Kelly Willis with Willis Aerial Imagery for this AWESOME photo 🤗

It’s STILL a great time to buy a house‼️ WHY pay 100% interest in rent when current interest rates are in the 8’s⁉️

In the 1980’s interest rates were anywhere from 19-20% which is WAY worse than our current interest rates.

✨Big things always happen in my birthday month! TWO transactions completed for my darling clients ❤️

My clients called me a year ago this month while I was standing on top of a huge mountain at Sandhallow in Utah during UTV Takeover 💚 (I always answer my phone, even while on vacation!) I worked with my clients for over a year showing them houses in multiple towns/cities in Oregon for they were selling their house in California!

Finally they found the perfect home to make their own in Grants Pass 🏡 And they found a friend in me ❤️ It’s been a blast working with them! I love it when clients become friends.
