Don’t forget to stop in and see our holiday decorations. We are approaching the end of our toy drive for those children less fortunate. We will be collecting toys at the clubhouse until noon on December 22nd. We look forward to seeing everyone!

We want to thank all of our residents who donated to our helping hands food drive for those less fortunate! The box was overflowing and we ended up taking 3 full boxes to the Haven of Rest! Thanks again for your support!

Friendly reminder that Tuesday November 23rd is our breakfast to go event. Our staff will be located outside the leasing office from 7am-9am, providing breakfast as you leave the property for work. Leftovers will be in the clubhouse after 9am. PLEASE remember that our food drive will conclude on this day also. We will be delivering our canned goods to the Haven of Rest that afternoon, so please have donations in by noon!

We have started our November food drive for those less fortunate. Please drop off canned goods in the office, Monday-Friday from 9-5. While you’re here, tell us what you are thankful for on our helping hands and tape them to the box! All donations will be delivered to the Haven of Rest on November 23rd.

Fairway Residents: trash pickup will NOT be affected this week with the holiday. Only regularly-scheduled Thursday and Friday pickups will be delayed, according to Kimble's website. Please make sure trash is set out as normal and have a wonderful and safe holiday!
