When I first spoke to Shahid he said he tried to get a loan with Veterans United and they were giving him the run around and he had to wait 30 days etc. I told him to try my lender Matt...within a couple hours he was PRE-APPROVED! We immediately went house shopping and they picked this beauty! The listing agent was even hesitant about doing a VA loan because he says it never appraises to value (which is totally false!!!) but funny thing is....this appraised $15k over sales price! So BOOM 💥

I love when my clients trust me to lead them in the right directions and know that I truly have your best interest at heart ❤
