THIS IS A REAL SALES POSITION!
We are NOT hiring Buyer's Agents! We are looking for people who want to sell and make money, plain and simple.
This is a position that WILL MAKE 120K+ annually and should if done properly make well over 300K annually.
If you want to ACTUALLY SUCCEED in REAL ESTATE and want a CAREER not a JOB, this is what you are looking for.
We are not looking to turnover a huge number of agents and just see who can hang on by a thread the longest. The goal is to put enough quality leads in front of you, give you actual strategies/tips/tools to develop a healthy sales pipeline. This is NOT a gimmick or a brokerage that promises and doesn't deliver. There is enough business for every single sales person to make a GREAT LIVING.
What We Are Looking For -
Self Starters are a MUST (if we have to motivate you, then you're in the wrong business)
Hungry Agents with financial and personal goals to meet (this is a business, making money should be a key goal, but we also want personal growth just as much)
Friendly, Positive, Uplifting (while we hope we don't need to say it, we do.....Happy People....no room for negativity...the world already has enough of that going around....we want those who would lift we each other up! This is a TEAM afterall)
Able to build rapport VERY QUICKLY over the PHONE!(99.9% of what you do in today's world is remote, you MUST be able to build a great rapport with people quickly and over all the electronic medium we use in today's environment)
GREAT FOLLOW UP Skills!(70% of real estate transactions close with a different agent than the 1st one that is reached, because the 1st one failed to follow up)
What We Provide -
Leads from multiple sources that convert between 30 days and 24 months and everywhere between.
State of the art CRM Technology
NO Paperwork! Yes you read that correctly! The only thing we want you doing is selling, not doing clerical work.
Showing assistants and transaction coordination. The less you have to be away from your phone, computer and home office the better.
Weekly meetings with Team Leader and Business Owner to help guide you and develop the largest possible sales pipeline.
Monthly sales trainings
Most IMPORTANTLY - ONE ON ONE LEADERSHIP MEETINGS TO MAKE SURE YOU HIT YOUR GOALS!
What Are Your Responsibilities? -
Talk to leads over the phone/email/text/messenger
Follow up and maintain a constant presence with all leads in your database
Nurture nurture nurture your leads....not all deals convert within 30 days
CRM Maintenance and upkeep(keep your records and notes up to date in the CRM)
Set Buyer and Seller Appointments
Drink Coffee or pretend to Drink Coffee....(Seriously a ton of our meetings are done at Starbucks)
Negotiate with listing agents or buyer's agents
Write up Contracts(the only piece of paperwork you will ever do if we can help it)
Set up searches in CRM
Develop customized drip campaigns with marketing team and Team Leaders
Social Media posts
Live videos and Bom Bom vidoes through CRM to client database
Make sure to get reviews on every closed deal
Lastly - SMILE, LAUGH, ENJOY LIFE!! YOU ARE IN REAL ESTATE, IT SHOULD BE A LITTLE FUN TOO!!!
