Interest rates are on the decline. Will we see those historic 2–3% levels again? Probably not…but they are headed downward. Some experts even say mid-September could be our sweet spot. Now, is that guaranteed? No, because in real estate, everybody has an opinion.

But here’s what you can count on:

Native to Central Texas. Although born in Grand Saline; I was raised in the Lampasas and Coryell counties. Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked in the Central Texas Real Estate market.
