Another one in the books…

We are so excited to share our latest accomplishment on the Buy side. We are excited to share that we recently closed on the purchase of a Class A office condominium in the Dadeland market for one of our longtime clients. This stunning boutique office has true urban elegance, offering polished floors, elegant glass partitioning, and floor-to-ceiling glass for the enjoyment of a full southern exposure. This will serve his firm for years to come and then….he can call me to rent it out when he is ready to head off into the sunset!
