I hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and well after the storm.
Fortunately, the worst case scenario forecasted by the media from Hurricane Milton did not materialize as expected, though my thoughts and prayers are with those who were severely impacted by the tornadoes, floods and strong winds.
Unfortunately, in the aftermath of these events, there are often unethical individuals who take advantage of the situation. It has already come to our attention from existing clients in affected areas, that unqualified and unlicensed predatory adjusters and contractors are already roaming through neighborhoods going door to door, attempting to exploit vulnerable property owners. Many of these individuals may not be licensed, are inexperienced or have their own personal interests in mind —putting homeowners in precarious positions.
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS.
Throughout my experience, I have seen this happen time and again after major storms. It's unfortunate and costly.
