Some closings feel extra rewarding—this was one of them.
7801 Abbott Ave #307 had been sitting on the market for more than six months with another agent. No showings. No progress. No momentum. My sellers were exhausted… and honestly, who wouldn’t be?
When they handed me the keys, we built a new strategy from the ground up. Fresh marketing. Consistent showings. Real communication. And in a competitive market, the condo went from stale to SOLD in under 90 days.
But the real story?
The behind-the-scenes heavy lifting.
We worked closely with the City of Miami Beach to get the buyer approved for a city assistance program—something that wasn’t straightforward. On top of that, we uncovered building violations no one knew existed (not even the building itself). Those violations would’ve killed any chance of financing, so we rolled up our sleeves, coordinated directly with the city, and got everything cleared so the buyer could secure lending and the sale could move forward.
This deal took persistence, problem-solving, and a whole lot of teamwork… but most importantly, it gave my clients the result they deserved.
