We sold this home with 34 days on the market, about have the time it normally takes. for homes between $2 M to $4 M in the 33143 zip code. Just closed in Windemere Woode at 8450 SW 74 Terrace, Miami, FL 33143. This is a 5 bedroom home with 2 dens and 4.5 bathrooms, swimming pool, 2-car garage and whole house generator.
