Puerta de Palmas is almost all sold out...we have 6 - 2/2 flats left and by the end of this weekend there may be only 5 as we're negotiating another offer. There is a small window of opportunity to live in this luxury condo located in the historical Puerta del Sol.

With two more sales this week, we're down to 15 remaining units. We have about 7 - 2/2 flats, 1 - 2/2.5 TH, 2 -1/1 flats and 5-1/1.5 TH. At this rate of sales, all developer owned units should be sold out before the end of the year. Coming to the end of another busy week with another sale at Puerta de Palmas. To date our team has sold 22 units at PDP since November. The sale this week was to a Canadian couple.

Last week ended with closing of unit 913...tomorrow we close unit 1515. Today we received a contract for unit 915. At this rate the remaining 20 plus units are going to be sold before the end of the year. If you're a realtor, bring your buyers now. To date our team at Puerta de Palmas has closed 10 out of 13 sales that closed at PDP in the past 6 months. In addition we have 3 out of 7 currently pending sales and two in negotiations. Our units have sold on an average of $219.51/SF while the other three sales which were distressed closed at an average of $186.47/SF.
